Privacy Policy
Effective June 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IndieLiber Studio LLC(“we,” “us”) collects and uses personal information. It covers both people who contact us or book a free live-build session, and business contacts we reach out to as part of our one-to-one outreach (see If we reached out to youbelow). We keep this plain: we collect only what we need, and we don’t sell your data.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name and email address.
- What you tell uson the intake form: a description of your business, the task you’d like automated, your team size, decision-making role, timeline, and (optionally) budget range.
- Booking details: the session time and timezone you choose, and the outcome of the session.
- If you replied to one of our emails: the content of your reply, so we can respond and (using an automated classifier) route it appropriately.
How we use it
- To assess whether a free live-build session is a fit, and to book it.
- To prepare for and run your session, and to follow up afterward.
- To send you booking confirmations and reminders for sessions you booked.
- To operate, secure, and improve our service.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for advertising. We use a small set of trusted service providers (“sub-processors”) who process data on our behalf to run the service:
- Supabase — database + authentication.
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Cal.com — scheduling the session.
- Resend — sending confirmation & reminder emails.
- Inngest — scheduling reminders.
- Anthropic — classifying email replies.
- Instantly — delivering cold outreach email.
If we reached out to you (prospect data)
We do one-to-one business-to-business outreach to a small number of firms we think we can help. If we contacted you cold, here’s what that involves:
- Where we got it: public business sources — business directories (e.g., OpenStreetMap, Yellow Pages), public business registries (e.g., OpenCorporates), and company websites.
- What we collect:business contact information — the firm’s name, business phone, website, and an owner/partner name where it’s publicly listed. We may infer a likely business email from common name-and-domain patterns.
- Why:to send you a relevant, personal note (or call) about our free live-build offer. We don’t sell this data or use it for advertising.
You can opt out anytime: reply “stop” to any email, tell us on a call (we’ll add you to our do-not-call list), or email contactjoshuabloom@gmail.comto be removed. We delete contact records on request and when they’re no longer needed for active outreach.
Cookies
Our site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The scheduling step embeds Cal.com, which may set functional cookies needed to display the calendar and complete a booking. Signing into the private admin area sets a session cookie for authentication only.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and session information for as long as needed to run your session and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. Prospect contact records are kept only while a firm is in active outreach and are then purged. A deletion request is honored everywhere we hold the data — our booking database, our outreach/prospecting records, and our do-not-contact lists. You can ask us to delete it sooner (below).
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email contactjoshuabloom@gmail.comand we’ll take care of it. You can also unsubscribe from any outreach email using the link in that email.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold, and to opt out of its sale or of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don’t do targeted advertising. These rights apply to business-contact information too — including data we sourced for outreach. To exercise any of them, email contactjoshuabloom@gmail.comand we’ll verify and take care of it; we won’t discriminate against you for asking.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California law gives you the rights above for the categories we collect (identifiers, contact details, and professional/business information). California no longer exempts business-contact information, so these rights apply even if we hold your details in a business context.
Colorado residents (Colorado Privacy Act)
As a Colorado-based business, we honor the Colorado Privacy Act rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do neither). Email the address above to make a request or to appeal a decision.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in a database protected by row-level security so it’s only accessible to authorized administrators.
Children
This is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll change the effective date above when we do.
