These Terms govern your use of the IndieLiber Studio LLC booking site and the free live-build session we offer. By booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

What we offer

We offer a free, roughly 30-minute session in which we build a small, working piece of software for your business, live, using AI-assisted tools. The session is provided at no cost and with no obligation to buy anything.

What you keep

Any working artifact we build for you during the session is yours to keep and use, whatever you decide afterward. You’re responsible for how you use it.

No guarantees

The session is provided “as is.” What can be built live in a short session is inherently limited, and we make no warranty that any artifact will be fit for a particular purpose, error-free, or suitable for production use without further work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or session to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or submit information you don’t have the right to share.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndieLiber Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the free session or your use of anything produced in it. Because the session is free, our total liability is limited accordingly.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
